“He who began the path by seeing his deities in his image and likeness forever broke the reality of what represents him, that force that is indifferent to his needs. No deity is your equal, nor does it compare with you, recognize yourself in your arrogance and be humble.”The Messenger

Painani observed all those inhabitants, happily analyzing the best way to praise the forces of their deity, before leaving the oldest of the population, the one who had given her a beautiful plant of reddish colours asked her:
-Woman with agile feet like the wind. Can you tell me what your God is like?
Painani observed him and with a reflective look said to him:
–My God looks like yours, monarch, but many have wanted to catch him and give him the strength and fierceness of a human, they have endowed him with abilities that correspond to humans and not to deities. They have sought in some nobles of their towns, qualities that are compared to deities, in his pride, they have wanted to compare themselves with the intangible and have put tools of war and headdresses that do not correspond to him in men and drawings.
The man attentively listened to Painani and replied:
-Now I understand your work Painani and I understand that your journey carries the shining trail of his strength, where your message will touch some but it will be difficult for others. I want you to know that there is an unknown power in each human, some of them will come without peace and with those tools that you point out to me, it has happened on some occasions. I am the man in the cave and I can stay with my people when times are bad, but what is at ground level needs patience and time.
Painani clearly understood what he meant to him and replied:
-Every deity is indifferent to what each human needs, those who have already lived several suns and moons know that nothing is eternal, those who seek to place power in the children of their children will arrive and seize forces that no correspond to them; voracity and power are two words that need not be explained but must be feared.
They both smiled and understood that they were united by a value greater than their strength as living beings, Painani said goodbye to the man with a bow and promised that the plant that was given to him would occupy a place in his journey.
The monarch recognized that she would know in which place it would be appropriate to plant it and reminded her:
-For each inhabitant of the Mayan zone, the world will give a new energetic turn, it must be the seed and its fruits that govern this cycle, as a sower of ideas. in this site you have contributed something vital, I will preserve your message among all those who can understand it and turn it into seeds for the times that lie ahead.
Your path to the South carries a light and your task has begun from the moment that we have managed to connect with ideas that we both share and we will do what is possible in our lives to preserve them.
Painani threw the food and memories on her back and thanked each of the inhabitants for their hospitality and willingness to understand, in the same way, that she was given safe conduct in the lands of the skywatchers, the inhabitants of that southern area that we now recognize as Guatemala also gave her one.
She finally smiled when she realized that she already had two safe-conducts and a horizon to discover, with an agile step she was gaining strength until she disappeared from the gaze of each of the men, women and children who shared a moment in the life of she.
Every corner of the world has something to teach us and something we can contribute, beyond safe-conduct, what we are will speak for us.
